Hey y’all so posting day!!! Anyway We had track practice today but it was a recovery day so didn’t get much of a workout in…so Yk what that means🤭👍TREDMILLLLL!! Anyway this was before my run I ran 3miles well…5min jog, 3min sprint, and 1min walk! I’m posting this after my run and I’m exhausted!
