so uh yeah my knee dislocated this morning, I tore something in my knee in July, got x-ray, been going tk o physical therapy and I've had problems since I was 7 (never has dislocated before) and never too bad and the thing is I was just sitting down at the table and dislocated and I have never screamed so loud in my Life
